The most popular beach of Gran Canaria is the fine sandy beach, which stretches about 4 km between Playa Ingles and Maspalomas and merges into a dune landscape inland.

The fantastic nature here at the Salobre Golf Course invites you to take long walks. Within the Salobre Golf Resort there is a clubhouse with restaurant, a small mini-market and an excellent spa oasis in the Sheraton Hotel. The golf course "Salobre Golf Resort" is located above Maspalomas. It is only a 15-minute walk to hole 1, as well as to the club restaurant or the small supermarket. The HOTEL SHERATON SALOBRE GOLF & SPA is only about 5 minutes away.

The holiday home with private pool, modern furnishings and attractive interior decoration is on ground level and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and open living room.

The modern kitchen is first class equipped with all household appliances to ensure a pleasant and comfortable holiday.

From both bedrooms you have access to the garden and pool area. The master bedroom has a large double bed. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. Both rooms are equipped with large wardrobes and offer the perfect place to relax. Both bathrooms are equipped with a spacious shower.

You will also find every comfort in the living room to make you feel at home on holiday. Smart TV, air conditioning, large sliding glass doors with a view outside and access to the terrace and garden area with pool.

On the large terrace you will find a sofa landscape and a dining table so that you can dine indoors or outdoors as you wish. The pool is a salt water pool without chemical additives and is heatable. The outdoor pool is a place where you can enjoy your privacy in a quiet environment, even at night.
