Property description
The 10.000m ² house with 2 cottages is situated in the village of Valsequillo about 500 m above sea level. The property is surrounded by vineyards. The ancient finca houses were restored in 1997, and divided into two country houses. Both are independent of each other and each have their own private pool.
In the typical Canarian village Valsequillo there are many places that are worth to be visited: The Church of San Miguel, The Kaseren of Colmenar, the Caldera de Tenteniguada with its castles and the Barranco de los Cemícalos, which according to La Caldera Lomo Magullo leads. In addition, in Valsequillo the festival "La fiesta del almendro en flor" takes place, which is very important for the village.
